Delaware CTE would like to introduce our new Delaware SkillsUSA Associate Director In charge of programing. His primary roles will involve laying the groundwork for state competition rules and regulations as well as event planning and execution for those events.
Dr. Bart Taylor is a dedicated educator with over twenty-three years of experience in the field of Career and Technical Education and Nonprofit Organizations. He offers a proven track record of commended performance in teaching, and leadership, with a passion for education and a commitment to continually pursue student, school and community success. His experience includes classroom and university teaching, motivational speaking, district curriculum and instructional coaching, professional development planning/presenting, high school webpage administration, TIVA Board Member, e2it3 President, robotics/engineering club head sponsor, Lecturer at Texas A&M University and Sam Houston State University, and he served as the SkillsUSA Texas Director of Education for the past five years. Bart Taylor graduated from Texas A&M University with a doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction in the department of Teaching, Learning and Culture in the College of Education, with an area of focus including Career and Technical Education, Career and Technical Student Organizations, and Educational Technology.
