2027 State Leadership & Skills Conference Dates Confirmed
- State Conference: March 9–12, 2027
- Awards Session: March 18, 2027
- Competition schedule forthcoming.

National Membership Registration Deadline: December 31
- All students planning to compete at the 2027 SLC must be registered as National SkillsUSA members by December 31.
- Early registration is encouraged to avoid conference registration issues.

Membership Incentives for Advisors & Chapters
- Advisors registering at least 15 student members in one technical program, along with at least one professional member, by November 15 can earn a free SkillsUSA Educational Resource.
- Chapters growing membership by 25 or more students over the previous year can earn SkillsUSA Framework banners.

Advisor Professional Development & Industry Partnerships
- October town halls, Pathful training, and the Chapter Excellence Program introduction.
- John Deere technical session featuring diesel equipment technology, classroom resources, and career pathways.

National Competitions, Awards & Student Opportunities
- Make48 team applications for NLSC 2027
- ACTE Trade and Industrial Education award nominations.
- Careers in Your Community Challenge, offering students opportunities to strengthen career exploration at their schools.
