October 8-9 – Students from across the state of Delaware converged on the Terry Campus of Delaware Technical Community College, for the annual Fall Leadership Conference. Students were comprised of local chapter leaders and potential new chapter leaders for their respective organizations. Over 400 students participated each day. Attendees engaged in activities to recognize natural leadership abilities and participated in a mock competition for extemporaneous speaking. Attending students are learning and receiving hands-on instruction in the trades, technical and professional service industries.
